This verse says wisdom is worth more than anything you own. Even if it cost all your toys, getting wisdom would still be worth it. Wisdom means knowing what is right and doing it.

“Get wisdom” is the tagline of this site and the whole message of chapter 4: a father passing on to his son what his own father taught him (4:3 to 4). Wisdom in Proverbs is skill for living God’s way, so it shows up in choices more than in facts. Tell your child one thing your own parents taught you that you still use.
